REFUND POLICY
Legit Label does not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or sizing mistakes made by the customer.
We do however, offer refunds in the form of a Legit Label store gift card less any shipping costs both to you and for the return of any item.
This is why we strongly encourage our customers to review the size charts of ALL apparel items carefully; as exact sizing may vary by brand.
RETURNS PROCESS
1. Send an email to sales@getlegit.shop including your order number, name, contact email and phone, the item you would like to exchange from your order, and the reason for your exchange.
2. A Legit Label representative will reply to your return request within 24-48 business hours with additional questions or a (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization.
3. Once an RMA is provided, the customer is to ship the item to shipping address provided. All approved returns must be received within 7 days from the arrival of the order. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. It is strongly advised that the customer use a shipping carrier who can provide insurance and a tracking number. Legit Label is not responsible for packages lost during transport in return to us or our suppliers. This is why including insurance and a tracking number is strongly advised.
4. Once your return is received and inspected to be sure it has not been worn, stained, or damaged, your refund, less shipping costs, will be issued in the form of a Legit Label gift card sent via email.
